Jehovah Nissi Logos Ministries, Inc. is a nondenominational Christian ministry devoted to the triune Godhead—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We place a special emphasis on spiritual growth, biblical truth, and the indwelling and work of the Holy Spirit in the life of every believer.
Through worship, prayer, education, discipleship, and compassionate service, we seek to equip people to grow in faith and live out the love of Christ in their homes and communities.

Purpose & charitable mission
Our work is organized around religious, charitable, and educational service.
Jehovah Nissi Logos Ministries, Inc. is organized exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law.
- Christian ministry and care. Establish and maintain a Bible-based ministry providing spiritual formation, pastoral care, discipleship, and community outreach.
- Christ-centered primary education. Establish and operate Jehovah Nissi School of Excellence for Nursery (Pre-K) through Sixth Grade, with planned expansion as resources and licensure permit.
- Biblical and ministerial education. Establish and operate Jehovah Nissi Bible College for theological education, biblical studies, ministerial training, and Christian leadership development.
- Educational access. Provide scholarships, grants, and financial assistance to students and families demonstrating financial need.
- Community care. Conduct feeding programs, literacy initiatives, youth development, and social services aligned with the ministry's faith mission.
- Missionary and evangelistic service. Support domestic and international missions, including educational and humanitarian work in Liberia, West Africa, and other underserved regions.
- Stewardship of resources. Receive, administer, and disburse funds, gifts, bequests, devises, and other property in support of these purposes.
- Furthering the mission. Undertake lawful activities necessary or conducive to these purposes, consistent with the requirements applicable to a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
